The 2011 AGM took place on
Sunday 12 June at Barons Court School.

the proposals and how you can contribute to this initial and
informal consultation are included in the following documents that
should be sent to each household together with the detailed map
which is also available on the Council's site.
The
Questionnaire should be returned to the Council by 22nd July.

Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting – Sunday 12th June
You are warmly invited to attend the 24th Annual General
Meeting of the Milton Conservation Society to be held at 3 pm on
Sunday 12th June 2011 at Barons Court School,
Avenue Road, Westcliff-on-Sea. If you have never been before please
do try to come. It is your opportunity to hear how we are working
and voice your local conservation concerns.
Your three Ward Councillors will be in attendance to answer
questions as will two Neighbourhood Police officers.
We will be serving refreshments and there will be a raffle so we
hope that you can spare an hour or so to come along to socialise
with your neighbours and fellow residents and meet up with
Conservation Committee members
